TERMS: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express as payment for your order. Card information will be verified and authorized at time of order.

STOCK: Items are limited to stock on hand.

SHIPPING: Free shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post to any one destination in the contiguous United States. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Contact us for further information including faster shipping. Deliveries to non-commercial locations may be subject to a charge. FUSE ONE shall not be liable for delays in delivery or in performance, due to (a) causes beyond its resonable control, or (b) acts; of God, of buyer, of civil or military authority, of fires, of strikes or of other labor disturbances, of floods, of epidemics, of war or of riot.

SALES TAX: Ohio customers will be charged the applicable tax rate for Franklin County, Ohio. For overseas shipments additional taxes may apply.

CANCELLATION: There will be no charge for cancellation of unprocessed orders, provided no work has been done.

CLAIMS: Shortages or goods shipped in error must be reported to FUSE ONE within 10 days from order date.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE: All returns must be pre-authorized by FUSE ONE. Please supply us with part number and invoice number. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Any items returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee. All credit memos including shipping charges are redeemable against future purchases only. Cash refunds will not be issued.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE or CARTON SHORTAGES: All claims of this nature must be reported by the customer directly to the carrier. FUSE ONE's responsibility ends with consignment to the carrier.

PRICES: All prices are those in effect at time of order. Prices subject to change without notice.

LIMITED WARRANTY: FUSE ONE warrants to the original purchaser, all of the products it sells, other than those covered by manufacturers warranties, hereunder, to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one year from date of purchase. Upon the expiration of the warrants period, all such liability shall terminate. Materials claimed to be defective and covered by this warranty must be returned to FUSE ONE, Columbus, OH, prepaid, with a description of the defect. The sole obligation and liability of FUSE ONE or any claims arising out of the use or sales of its products, if any, shall be for the buyers purchase price, under this warranty shall be to replace to original purchaser, and part or product which after examination by FUSE ONE are proved to its satisfaction to be defective under this warranty. This warranty is extended to the first direct buyer of FUSE ONE product(s), provided such buyer purchases the products for resale. If buyer transfers title to the products sold herewith to any third party, buyer shall obtain from such third party a provision affording FUSE ONE the protection of the preceding sentance. This warranty does not cover damage caused; in the sole of non-reviewable discretion of FUSE ONE, by misuse, negligence, accident, incorrect application, incorrect wiring or improper installation. Product installation must conform with any and all applicable recommendations of the manufacturer. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of, and supersedes any other statutory, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for its products. Under no circumstances shall FUSE ONE be liable for any incidental, consequential, penal or other special damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit or revenue, loss of the products or any associated equipment, damage to associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitue products, facilities, services or replacement power, down time costs, or claims of buyer's customers for such damages, from alleged negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability or any other theory, arising out of the use or handling of its products.
