Office Work

Hours:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with Operations Manager to Process & Ship Internet Orders.
  • Compiling address data base for use in working with direct mail marketing.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Pluses:
  • Microsoft Office Access, Outlook, Word, and Quickbooks.
Telephone Marketing

Hours:
  • Part Time
  • Temporary
Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential customers via telephone to direct them to our website for product sales.
  • Gain new business and grow our customer base by developing relationships with customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer relations focus.
  • Prior telephone marketing experience.
  • Polished telephone etiquette.
  • Basic keyboard skills to maintain account call reports and customer information records.
Outside Sales

Hours:
  • Part Time
  • Temporary
Responsibilities:
  • Call on established accounts and cold-calling.
  • Maintain account call reports and customer information records within a territory to gain new business and grow our customer base by developing relationships with customers.
Requirements:
  • Career driven
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong customer relations focus
  • Experienced with outside sales
  • Must have telephone, internet access and reliable transportation.
